Registration

This meet is USATF sanctioned and hopes to bring together the best of Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Delaware, New Jersey, West Virginia, District of Columbia. The meet is open to all 9th-12th grade athletes. This meet is a final opportunity to qualify for New Balance Nationals.

Events: 100, 200, 400, 800, 1 Mile, Freshman Mile, 2 Mile, 5000, 10000, 100/110 HH, 400H, 2000 Steeplechase, 4x100, 4x200, 4x400,4x800, 4x1 mile, 800 Sprint Medley Relay, 1600 Sprint Medley Relay, Distance Medley Relay, Shot Put, Discus, Javelin, Long Jump, Triple Jump, High Jump, Pole Vault, Boys Decathlon, Girls Heptathlon.
